Master English Teacher

Located in the heart of the USA, as a master teacher, I provide a quality educational experience tailor-made to meet your needs and budget. Graduating magma cum laude I obtained a master’s degree in TESLA from Concordia University in Chicago accordingly, a BA in teaching from Bradley University (summa cum laude in major) and a TOFLE certification from Australia. With 25 years of teaching experience, I personalize any curriculum, cultivating connection, and a strong student rapport to foster classroom engagement.

My field of experience includes, teaching ESL at Black Hawk College for 8 years, an administrator coordinator at BHC’s Community Education Center, teaching online and in person grades K through adult in the public and private sectors. In accordance with the Illinois State Board of Education I have earned the status of, “highly qualified” in English as well as possessing the following teaching license endorsements; ESL, Learning Behavior Specialist I, Learning Disabilities, Social/Emotional Disorders, U.S. History, and World History. Other achievements include leading several novice speech teams to regional competitions and personally making it to sectionals in Dramatic Interpretation. I am fully equipped to perfect your English presentation skills.
